- Account information: When you create a Zpark account, you need to provide us with your phone number. Once a phone number has been provided, you will then need to verify it. This is done by receiving a code which you will then need to submit through the Zpark mobile app and works as your password.
- Payment details: When using our paid Services, you may need to submit a valid payment method and associated billing information, including the following information: First and last name, email address, social security number, billing address and information about the product or service you are purchasing.

- Other information you provide to us: When you contact customer support or otherwise communicate with us in any way, we will collect whatever information you choose to provide to us or that we need to resolve your question.

Whenever you use our Services, we collect information about how you use our products and services. We use that information to provide you with our products and services and to give you a better experience. Depending on the Service you use, we will collect information about:

Upon your request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. However, we need to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting purposes. After account deletion, we will retain minimal information necessary to comply with these obligations and to prevent fraud or abuse. The information we will retain is:
- Payment details, including your phone number: This information is retained for 7 years. The phone number is only retained if you have provided payment details.
** 8. Children's Privacy **
The Services provided are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with Personal Data, we will promptly delete it from our servers.
